Our room had a magical view each morning, overlooking a stunning landmark. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the towels and linen were fresh and clean. The location was perfect, right in the heart of all the action. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Strasbourg.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with a few aspects of our experience. the location was fantastic, with easy access to many attractions within a short walk. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with personal printouts for free. And lastly, we were delighted to find a kettle in our room, which was a convenient touch.

On the other hand, there were some aspects that we didn't enjoy. the first room we were shown had a strange odor and a window that opened onto an internal staircase, which was not ideal.
